You are having ovarian cyst s. Both medicine you have told are for diarrhoea and have no connection with ovarian cyst .

first 2 tablets are antibiotic and 3rd one is for Acid peptic disorder. But they are neither specific for piles nor very helpful. Hot seitz bath + ointment + laxatives are the most important component of treatment of piles. thanx.

Please take boiled water, banana,curd & curd rice in ypur diet it will be helpful do not get heavy & spicy diet.

Avoiding constipation by drinking lot of fluid orally, avoid smoke, alcohol, oily spicy food. Do sitz bath and can take some laxatives.
