first 2 tablets are antibiotic and 3rd one is for Acid peptic disorder. But they are neither specific for piles nor very helpful. Hot seitz bath + ointment + laxatives are the most important component of treatment of piles. thanx.

First – 1-2 days.Take plenty of fluids – ORS , Enerzal, Lime water with salt and sugar, Coconut water,black tea.
Plenty of soups , daal water, kala chana soup.Avoid aerated drinks.Avoid Milk.Avoid chillies and oily/fried food.
