if you are not getting releif from dentogel and dologel, you may have to use some special types of ointments, but for prescribing them I need to have detailed history of ulcers and if possible few photographs of ulcers. It would be best to consult in private with them.

Don't worry about the smell. Apply it 3-4 times on ulcers. Avoid oilly n spicy food. Don't worry if you swallow some.
