Constipation is common in pregnancy and pain and swelling are bcz of piles. Please drink plenty of water/ fluids and take fruits, Veges and salads so as to increase the amount of roughage. You can have sitz bath means fill a tub with warm water and dip anal area in it for at least 10- 15 mints twice or thrice daily. Walk around too.
