Our body is designed to work in circadian rhythm. When we disrupt this natural process, problems occur. Since you are working in night shifts. You are not getting enough sunlight exposure on skin as you sleep during day.

Take a balanced diet high in protein &calcium, fluids. Include curd, lassi, buttermilk, channa, Ragi, soybean, safed til, almonds, dry dates, posto, leafy vegetables, egg, fish, chicken. Drink 3 litres water daily. Have saunf/ ajwain soaked water, coconut water, lemonade for acidity. Have lots of fruits & fruit juice. Eat small meals at 2-3 hrs intervals, avoid fried & junk foods, cold drinks, energy drinks, alcohol, tea & coffee.
