If you're child has asthma don't deprive him of any respules or mdi pump
infact he/ she should be given duolin respules twice or thrice a day with budecort respules twice a day
once chest is better can shift to mdi / pump formoflo / budamate child one with lesser dose with spacer can be started.

Budesal 0.5mg Respules 2ml is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
You need to ask your attending physician as u have kidney disease, so need to be careful about medicines. Never self medicate. Your never know which medicine can further damage your kidneys

First of all there should be wheeze before giving nebulization asthalin. It should not be given before medical consultation. Kindly visit a pediatrician to rule out urti and lrti or it is just allergic and seasonal.

Ideally expectorants are not used for infants but still if you are using then dose is 5ml 8 to 12 hourly as per levosalbutamol which is not easy to give.
