Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

You will need to take the repeat test after 1 month.
And taking vitamin d supplements is not a solution actually.
It will come back to lower levels if the cause is not treated.
Better take proper homoeopathic treatment to cure it.
