Hello,
the child seems to be getting two many anti epileptics (generally more than two are not required- he is getting levera, epsolin, valproate. The problem, diagnosis has not been mentioned not is any history so its difficult for me.

1. Epsolin contains A medicine by name of Phenytoin. It used for prevention of seizures. Your mother had a paralytic attack but you have not mentioned whether she had any seizures or not. If she has not had any seizures you can safely taper it over 3-5 days.

Hello,
If Patient is taking regular medication than we need to go for review by investigation like CT scan brain along with blood level of Anti seizure medication
on the basis of which we can say than there is minimal chance of seizure
kindly consult Neurologist for further evaluation and management
