There is no any documented interaction between the two. However erythromycin inhibits cytochrome enzyme which metabolises isotretinoin. So it may cause side effects if the doses are high. You can also use alternative to erythromycin to be on safe side.

Erythromycin and paracetamol are comparely safe in pregnancy. But I would advice you to visit physician once and take appropriate treatment.
