yes you can take, but it can produce drowsiness as cetrizine is sedative. Make sure you don't drive vehicle or do dangerous jobs like in heights or near fire, machinery after taking both. All the best

What kind of assistance you need from me?
She has been diagnosed and given prescription of cilentra 10 mg. i don't know for how many days, the prescription was given. May be for 2-3 weeks.
Please give it to mother and follow up with the same doctor with improvement, side effects if any, without stopping cilentra 10 mg.
Does your mother have any medical problems and is she on any other medication?

it is per day dosage, so you can take it at any time and these medications act on the neurotransmitters in the brain over a period of time and not immediately. Immediate action might be some sedation, but the benefits are seen over a period of time. So no harm taking with 1-2 hour difference. All the best.
