Do not use esomeprazole and domperidone, even either of them without consulting your obstetrician. They are not safe in pregnancy.

You can continue taking Sompraz L.Sompraz L Capsule SR is a combination of two medicines: Levosulpiride and Esomeprazole. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic which works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger). Hello i'm b mukherjee. Age 29 yrs. I've esophagus motility disorder. I felt severe pain and burning sensation left side of my upper abdomen, in esophageal region, sometimes on chest and back also. And lump of mucus in back of throat all time. I felt relief at the time of eating only. And that is my only solution for some moments. My endoscopy, usg, esophageal manometry and ph metry were done. Endoscopy and usg both were okay. But esophageal manometry and ph metry shows esophagus motility disorder and functional heartburn respectively. Esogress it brings some relief to me for 3 months .but after that as I want to plan for pregnancy doctor stopped that medicine and gave esomeprazole 40. But again my mucus again and again comes to throat and nose. It's really very painful. Cleaning all time mucus lumps from throat and nose. For that reason excessive pressure generates in my throat nose and ear section. After acid reflux my right nostril and nose felt so rigid and stiff. Is there any treatment that will stop my acid reflux?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
If you take it on prescription, you may only take it for a few weeks or months, depending on your illness. Sometimes your doctor may advise you to take it for longer, even many years. Your doctor may suggest taking esomeprazole only when you have symptoms. This means you won't have to take it every day.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello!
sometimes pantoprazole works well (in some people) and sometimes the other in different people. So, you should see in each case (case by case decision). But the question is about side effects or safety profile. In esomeprazole, many people experiences hiatal hernia, stomach pain, burning and in case of panto, many people have dizziness, burning, weight loss. In this context, esomeprazole should be used with caution. Better to take pantoprazole as it is safe. I am sorry for your second...more

This medicine should be taken an hour before food. An adequate amount of water should be consumed with this medicine. Do not take this medicine for longer than the recommended duration.

Yes, Doxofylline can be taken after breakfast without Esmoprazole. Try to take the medicine regularly at around the same time daily. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.
