Hello Mr. lybrate-user, ppi intake stops calcium absorption, long-term ppi intake will definitely effect calcium metabolism. Although your vitamin d is normal the calcium does not absorb. In absence of dietary calcium blood culture is being maintained buy mobilising calcium from bones. Cramps should improve once you start taking calcium and vitamin d supplementation. Tocotrienol and l carnitine supplement should also help to alleviate the pain from cramps. I hope this helps.

Please take homeopathic medicines for your problems.
Please note that if you would have taken homeopathic medicines for 4 years you would have been completely cured of your ailments.
What sompraz l is doing is just palliating your disease and not curing it - you are well proven of the fact.
Take nux vom 30 - twice daily
continue treatment.

What you say is true. So use the drug only when you have symptoms. Or, alternatively, you can use only pro-kinetic drugs without proton pump inhibitors such as cisapride or mosapride or cintapride.
