I would like to know what hormonal therapy she is on. Diarrhea is seen with injectable fulvestrant, which is given as an monthly injection. It is not common with tamoxifen or Aromatase Inhibitors (letrozole, anastrazole or exemestane).
Also I presume that 12 value was of TSH, due to which she was declared as hypothyroid and on correction with thyroxine, it came down to 0.85

Palbociclib is a medication for metastatic hormone receptor positive breast cancer, which is combined with letrozole or fulvestrant, depending upon whether it's a first line treatment or for progression. It does increase the side effects, but the prolongation of life is significant. It does take a few months to show benefits. It is a costly drug (70-80k per month).
