I would recommend that you meet with the Doctor and inform him/her about the side effects, I am sure the Doctor will be able to assist you in either recommending a different drug or else reduce the dosage. Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise. Don' t lift heavy things. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with glucosamine for three months minimum.

Hello arun, it would have been much better if you combine medication along with cognitive behaviour therapy and exposure and response prevention. You may consult your psychiatrist for some better anti obsessional drugs such as fluvoxamine along with clomipramine. No. Lupoxa od is non steroidal anti inflammatory which is useful in treating certain painful contions including long lasting knee pain etc. Nusam 400 is used for certain liver conditions and not steroid.

Medicines heptral 400 or zensame 200 is safe for post Dengue treatment but it is not a must to take.

I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and we can control the symptoms

Ademetionine tablets should be swallowed whole. For better absorption of ademetionine and complete therapeutic effect ,ademetionine tablet should not be taken with meals.

It is usually given as a liver tonic and it’s better not to take it before or after four hours of alcohol intake
