If you have previously taken full dose of tetanus vaccine schedule 3/4 doses depending on type and site. And last dose is booster dose then small clean cut doesn't need a booster.
But nevertheless if you have any doubt or want abooster anyway, go for booster as after 4 weeks another booster won't do too much harm. Only minor fever and myalgia.

100% Dtap vaccine must give to children's.
Even you can give pain less Dtap vaccine. It is less pain no fever.

Tdap is a booster immunization given at age 11 that offers continued protection from those diseases for adolescents and adults.
