very difficult to analyze this without pictures. Generally post extraction discomfort is normal for a few days. Any escalation in pain should be immediate brought to the notice of your doctor to avoid any sequelae. Most usually simple medicine (which are a continuation of post extraction prescription) and some changed oral hygiene habits can drastically improve the situation.
