2.Reduce weight if overweight
3Control diet
4.Avoid sweets, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, .
5.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian
6.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly
7.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Both are same but manufactured by different companies. U can take it. But better to go for same brand if available.

There are many different types of insulins, some are for rapid action like Insulin Actarapid, which starts action with in minutes of injection and helps prevent after food glucose rise. Yes it is possible if you achive hba1c 6 or 6.2 by human insulin after that you can change human insulin to oral tablets. You can use oral tablets with strict following diabetes diet with 3 km walk or any exercise.

The mentioned medicines (both) can be taken at the same time. However, since nothing is mentioned about fasting, pp, hba1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and bp readings. There no other comment that can be made. Usually insulin should be taken separately and oha should be taken separately. Thanks.

Both Insulins mentioned are same. Only difference is one has 40 units per ml in the vial. The other has 100 units per ml in the pen. So if you are taking 6 units with 40 u/ml one, then 6 units need to be taken with the pen. You will have to fix the dosage on the pen, it will deliver that quantity only. Thanks.
