Negative but this test is not reccomended for tb diagnosis and govt of india have almost banned this test.

TB quantiferon positivity does not necessarily mean you have Tuberculosis disease. It can be sign of something called latent infection where you will be positive for TB screening tests like quantiferon and mantoux but not necessarily have the disease. Whether you have TB or not depends on if you have symptoms of TB like fever, cough, loss of weight, loss of appetite, night sweats. Chest radiograph and sputum testing are required to confirm the same.

They are slightly different in composition. So there will be difference in onset and peak action. However, you can try it and see whether the blood sugar control is acceptable. Your fasting and pp levels are high it should be below 130 and 180 respectively. Also get an hba1c done to have a better understanding of your blood sugar control.

No pill is safe for Gynecomastia correction. Gynecomastia is due to the presence of glandular tissue predominantly in most cases and does not go away with diet or pills or exercise.
