tablet is for fungal infection. If you are already having fungal infection at that site itching is one of the symptom of it. So not to worry.

It's not a pimple cream.
It's combination of a strong steroid and anti-fungal medicine. You were getting temporary relief because of steroid but it has many side effects in long run so please stop it as soon as possible.
