As answered earlier, daily 300 mg of opipromol is not at all preferred, apart from this, you are taking 150 mg of lamotrigine, that is also a heavy dose, kindly consult to a psychiatrist asap, need to balance your medicines, do not take or quit medicines with out prescription,

Its highly unlikely that a psychiatrist will start anyone with anxiety disorder on lamotrigine and gabapentin. There are other better and safe medicines available in the market. Anyway, for now you should consult a psychiatrist for reassessment and to decide whether these meds can be tapered off and stopped.

probably you have been having recurrent attacks of depression more frequently. That is why your doctor has put you on lamitor.
