Dear Lybrate user, Well don't panic in this condition. The Levels of both Creatinine and sugar are within normal limits. But better to take precautions in taking diet and food habits. No oily and spicy things slow down non veg if at all taking. More of liquids to be taken and start taking Tab. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Statin group of medicines are given after heart attack to lower bad cholesterol, but now doctors are divided to give or not to give because of side effects like memory loss, risk to liver and kidneys, cancer risk etc, some doctors are giving dietary counselling, others are giving twice a week and still others are writing one per day out of reflex!
