Hi lybrate-user, It might be a fungal infection but as you have used the antifungal creams there might be some maintaining cause which is not heeling it completely. Few of these causes could be rubbing, sweating, unhygienic clothing, obesity etc. It can also be altogether some other problem. Skin problems are best understood when physically examined. Please visit some dermatologist and get the correct medication.
