Dear Lybrate user
it will be better you meet some clinical Or rehabilitation psychologists for help, because this requires loads of sessions and processes. No one can prescribe you medicine like that, unless you meet the Doctor or Psychiatric in person.
All the best.

Dear lybrate-user, congratulations for accepting yourself as drug addict and taking treatment to reduce the harm to your life.
Please continue to be in contact with your doctor for many years even after stopping codeine and heroin. Relapses and lapses are common and you need to be continuously on relapse prevention methods. The longer you are on follow up, the better will be your life. All the best.
