Your tingling or numbness feeling is of neuralgic in origin. As You have high BP ,we advice you to avoid the use of pain killer for long time. You can take homeopathic treatment for this. Our organization, NANOPATHY (The Complete Care With Homeopathy) is doing very good in this regard, with high patient satisfaction rate. Here you get Maximum result by Minimum medicine and quick relief.

Hello,
maxgalin (pregabalin) group of medicines are better to be avoided on a long run for its side effects and dose increase. It can better be replaced with other preferred options like gabapentin etc. In your case, if you are having progressive symptoms lately, you need to go through a check up to prevent increase in pain.
Get well soon.

Pregabalin is better but it has more side effects like dizziness and vertigo. If you can tolerate pregabalin is better.

Maxgalin is prescribed during pregnancy if it's benefit outweighs it's risk. You should consult your doctor so that he can switch over to another drug,

Mr Vasanthkumar, Thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned appears to be Pragabalin a drug used to treat diabetic neuropathy related pain. It can be taken if required. But it is most important to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c5 about 7%. Thanks.

This medication is an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent, prescribed for partial seizures; management of postherpetic neuralgia (nerve pain caused by the varicella zoster virus); management of fibromyalgia (a condition where the patient has muscle and connective tissue pain).
If you are weak in studies it may be lack of concentration or personal disturbances. Medicine may not help much. Still some safe mind booster (as they claim) can be tried. You need to be in touch with me privatel...more

Hi,
medicine are not only solution, you should talk to counsellor or therapist for your sleep issue in detail to get the relief but meantime follow sleep hygiene, meditation, day time exercise (depends on overall health issues ), so better check with counsellor with whole case history.
Thanks.
