Hello,
maxgalin (pregabalin) group of medicines are better to be avoided on a long run for its side effects and dose increase. It can better be replaced with other preferred options like gabapentin etc. In your case, if you are having progressive symptoms lately, you need to go through a check up to prevent increase in pain.
Get well soon.

Mr Vasanthkumar, Thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned appears to be Pragabalin a drug used to treat diabetic neuropathy related pain. It can be taken if required. But it is most important to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c5 about 7%. Thanks.

Hi,
medicine are not only solution, you should talk to counsellor or therapist for your sleep issue in detail to get the relief but meantime follow sleep hygiene, meditation, day time exercise (depends on overall health issues ), so better check with counsellor with whole case history.
Thanks.
