Linid 600 is a powerful antibiotic .but it is not likely to produce constipation, you can take mild laxative to overcome this problem. Anyway it is better to see your doctor for final opinion.

Taking antibiotics do not help, you may need debridement, lavage and or revision surgery to get rid of this infected joint.
