Home Remedy-
Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste.

1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help.
Get ESR, CRP, Thyroid profile, Vitamin D, RA factor and Uric Acid tested.

Ra if has been ruled out by ra factor, then you must consider doing anti ccp antibody. Ra factor is variably positive from 20% to 70% in people having rhuematoid arthritis. Also consider having vitamin d levels. Levels less than 25 might need supplements and might be the cause of pain.

It is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Your symptoms suggest intrarticular soft issue pathology.
Try:
1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help.
4. Intraarticular injections offer great help. If above measures fail.

Neither Calcium or Collagen Peptides must be taken for too long.
Not more than three months is a general rule.

avoid it.

instead you can take Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Boswellia Serrata etc.

You can make a Paste of 1teaspoon Ghee and 1/2 teaspoon Ginger and apply at knee for 30mins twice daily to get good relief.

Drink plenty of water.
