It is steroid cream - and I would advice strictly against it - kindly stop that - and use sunscreen in day - moisturiser in night and consult a qualified dermatologist regards.

Warts (Verruca Vulgaris) is due to a viral infection called HPV and it takes some time to clear off with medication. Combination chemical peels over affected area once in 3 weeks.
Sun protection azelac lotion for application twice in a week at night over affected area.
Deriva Ms. Gel to be applied very little over affected area once in a week at night (strong medicine apply little at night only)
will take few months to show some improvement.
Salicylic plus lactic peels will be ideal. These have to be done by a dermatologist at skin clinic. Follow up after a month.
