I have seen the details mentioned. Your hba1c% is high, which means present treatment is not helping enough. Ideally in a well controlled diabetes patient's fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%.
So there is a need to look at overall treatment that includes your dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, present medication and need to upgrade, lipid profile, serum creatinine and urea (since age is not mentioned)

However, you seem to have not read the details that I had asked. With pp up to 190 mg, will normally not lead to such high hba1c% as it is the average level of fbg & pp over 24 hours.
