Hello lybrate-user. your pain has nothing to do with your Lymphocyte count alone. It may b due to Strain over particular heel due to either Long standing or Improper posture / Worn out or inappropriate footwear too. Fond out which is d reason for your heel pain & Correct it.
Since you have BP in your 30's It's best if you adopt Yoga in your Lifestyle so that you need not depend on taking Tablets for your BP in this age. Kindly think over about it. Takecare.

take warm water for drinking, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, take dinner in half quantity of lunch & early in the evening, do regular exercise,
avoid overeating,sleeping immediately after taking food,oily,spicy,fatty ,fast food, avoid late night work,avoid excessive seating for long duration,avoid junk food.

Mr. Lybrate-user, your bp systolic is with in normal range, but diastolic should come down to 80 mm hg. You should continue the same medication, plus restrict salt intake and exercise regularly also learn to relax or meditate as that will help in controlling bp. Your lipids (cholesterol 210 is normal, tgl 190 mg is marginally high), can be controlled by avoiding high fat diet and regular exercise. There is no need for any medication.

I would STRONGLY advise gradual reduction of Zolpidem. You have enough problems. Other problems will have to be handled face to face.
