Lack of sleep generally is not related to nebivolol tablet. However periodical review by your prescribing doctor is necessary to look out for any side effects like heart rate, diziness, light head etc.

It is advisable to take the minimum effective dose. Systolic pressure of 130 is normal. You can try reducing Nebicard to 2.5 mg.
