ethically & ideally, your patient is pretty serious case & should be taken care of in person by doctor.
But looking at present covid scenario, i'd suggest you to feed her good semi solid or fluid supplements like fruit juices, protein shakes etc.

Actually my, grandmother is having blood clotting issue in her heart and high bp issue and doctors have prescribed us the medicine and she is having one medicine called digoxin 0.25 so can you please suggest me what food and wht juices to provide her and what foods to avoid that should not react with digoxin and she is having weakness too so we do not know wht to provide her to keep her healthy.

Hello lybrate-user, hope your grandma is doing fine. People on digoxin should avoid high potassium containing foods like banana, orange,grape coconut water, mango.also she should avoid high fibre containing foods, which decreases the absorption of digoxin. Hope this helps.
