Take fresh Indian cow's milk if possible, not packed one. If not available, take 30 mins sunlight everyday for Vit D, eat nuts and seeds for calcium and take Vit. B12 tabs (Methylcobalamin 500 mcg) 1 per day.

Have plenty of milk and diary product which contains lot of calcium and alsonyou should have sandoz calcium tablet onendaily as a suplimentarybdiet lac of calcium causes osteoarthritis osteoporosis of bones. Have balanced diet of fat protein and carbohydrates. Have plenty of water by mouth.
