They are slightly different in composition. So there will be difference in onset and peak action. However, you can try it and see whether the blood sugar control is acceptable. Your fasting and pp levels are high it should be below 130 and 180 respectively. Also get an hba1c done to have a better understanding of your blood sugar control.

I have gone through the details given. In fact you are too many drugs to treat diabetes. Since you are on 30/70 insulin (any one is similar) you can actually achieve better control by monitoring the insulin dosage and fasting and pp glucose levels. Taking so many oral anti-diabetes drugs may not be needed.
As regards your question both the brands work in the same manner. Both contain human insulin only but compounds are different. So there is no need to worry...more

Lantus is a basal insulin which means it gives a fairly same level of control over approximately 24 hrs. Ryzodeg is a combination of aspart which acts quickly to control your post meal sugar, and degludec which acts over 24 hrs. Its in a fixed combination (30/70) so any change in the total dose will compulsorily change both the components in the same proportion causing hypo or hyperglycemia. There's no fit for all insulins, both the types have different ways of working and controlling sugar levels.

You can substitute it with Huminsulin 30/70, Mixtard 30/70, Insugen 30/70, Insuman 30/70 etc. But unlike Novomix 30/70 which should be taken just before meals, for other Insulins which I mentioned, should be taken 30 minutes before meals.
