The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva become red, swollen and itchy. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. There are medicines to improve sperm quality. Quantity depends on many factors like frequency of masturbation or sexual activity, hydration, stress, anxiety etc. Please don't worry. I suggest online sex education, counselling and cognitive behavior therapy. Take care.
