If the baby was born at term and weighed > kg. Then normally the first vacine is given at birth and next dose a month later.

Better not to give. Better to give either on the same day or 4 weeks apart for the maximal effect.

It is not compulsory that oral polio required after Easy 6 but can be given anyway for increased immunity

opv dosage given by govt on specific days door to door are apart from normal immunization schedule for eradication of disease...can give that will not harm...
