Try not to work a number of night shifts in a row. You may become increasingly more sleep-deprived over several nights on the job. You're more likely to recover if you can limit night shifts and schedule days off in between. Avoid frequently rotating shifts. Your circadian rhythm has changed so now your body would work accordingly.
Take some safe homeopathic sleep inducing pills which would help you and even your body will not be habituated by it. It would just help in changing the rhythm.
Drink warm milk with turmeric or nutmeg before going to bed.

Our body is designed to work in circadian rhythm. When we disrupt this natural process, problems occur. Since you are working in night shifts. You are not getting enough sunlight exposure on skin as you sleep during day.
Also, our digestive fire declines after sun set. So anything eaten late will have consequences.
I suggest you following himalaya bael once a day
enterogermina once in 10 days unienzyme once in 10 days.
You will see good results.
I wish you all the best.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
