It is not only lab, but you should look for a good counseling, clinical examination and post-test care. NABL accreditation is important but not mandatory. There are good labs even without NABL accreditation.

I have been prescribed with nab dt tablet for mh acne problem. But I have read that this tablet blocks protein synthesis. And k tak whey protein and go to gym. So if it blocks protein synthesis it is not good for me. What should I do.

Nab 100 mg tablet is an antibiotic which is used in the treatment of infections and for acne. How it blocks protein is unclear.

Nanoxel chemo is same as paclitaxel.
Only thing nanoxel has nanoparticle bound paclitaxel. It does not require steroid premedications and chances of hypersensitivity is low.
Useful in diabetic patients where giving steroids are difficult

My father is diagnosed with stage 4 advanced liver cancer with primary site Pancreas (cholangiocarcinoma). Have given 4 cycles of going, and then 4 cycles of Nanopacli. After these cycles, reports and scan was done. No changes. And hence we decided to stop chemotherapy. Now, after 2 months, back pain has increased and becomes intolerable at night. What shall we do and should we continue chemotherapy? Please advice.

Hello lybrate-user. I think there is some metastatic involvement of vertebrae. If this is the case chemotherapy and pain killers will not work. You should have your father's spinal CT/MRI scan done and plan for localised palliative radiotherapy to spine, as your oncologist advise.

My mother had a left side breast cancer &doctor recommend for biopsy &biopsy result say its er/pr/her- 2 neu before biopsy doctor said radiation not needed but after biopsy report he said firstly chemo have to be done of epirubicin 150 mg & endoxan 1000 mg of 4 cycles &then 12 cycles of trumab 440 mg &paclitaxel 125 mg weekly then surgery &after that radiation is also necessary so Dr. Please help me to give information that this treatment is given by Dr. Is correct or not for my mother.
