Hello, since it has been less than 1 year since your angioplasty it is very important that you take your proper dose of blood thinners and prasugrel is one of them the other being aspirin. So would advise you not to stop prasugrel as there is a risk of the stent getting blocked. However it appears that you may be having bleeding in to the skin (dark blue patches) hence may be advisable to change from prasugrel to a less powerful blood thinner. You have to continue all of the above as suggested by your doctor. Cut down on extra salt which is present as a preservative in papads,namkeens,pickles, chutneys and other canned foods. Do not sprinkle salt on salads but do take seasonal fruits and vegetables , as much as you can digest ! Sir, basically I am cardiology patients, done angioplasty, and regularly taking tab- efiplat 10, astoor 10, nebicard2.5 &nexpro 20 for (emty stomac morning) in addition to this I ahve problem of disc prolaps l5, si, due to which I have lumpiness over both legs. Recently I had problem of prostate enlarge bph grade 1, due to which urination was difficult. Upon consultation with urologist urivoid-20, twice a day &afidura tab 0-0-1, lessix 0-1-0 is taking, also I am antral gastritis patient, usually I take veg, however occasionally takes chicken too. My problem is I have swelling over both legs (swelling covers angles, foot,) after taking food or water swelling increase, also stomach gets upset, hence feel fatigue. This discomforts I am facing since march 2015. Please advise what is the reason for swelling? and why my legs are getting lumpiness and pain, also abdominal difficulties? request you to advise,

Since last 25 years I consulted more than 30 skin specialist for the treatment of my skin problems. They have prescribed me different type of medicine. Temp relief but no permanent solution. I am not diabetic. I take daily ecosprin 150 mg, prasugrel 10 mg, Thairoxin for hypo thyroid which I developed after 35 course of throat radiation to manage CA Epiglottis in 2012-13. I was given chemo therapy 7 courses. I also take pantoprazole. In addition to take anti allergic tablets and apply ointments. I am 66 years old. My height is 175 CMS & weight 88 kgs. I generally takes veg food plus eggs. Regularly walking for 10 to 15 KM's every day. Have eye allergy also. Vision 6/6. Use eye drops two_three times a day. For 12-18 months few painful boils appearing on buttock, thai,nose, hands. Treated with antibiotics & ointment. No permanent solution. Take minimum two times bath with suitable bathing soap & warm water. Never apply any oil for last 45 years. Suggest any method to get permanent relief from allergy/skin itching, growing painful boils (tested pus samples by skin specialist). All types of blood tests have been carried out several times by skin specialist. Nothing abnormal found.

1. Avoid excess water, take 1/2 glass of water when ever you feel thirsty.
2. Avoid uncooked food.
3. Avoid freezed, preserved food.
4.Don't walk after diets.
5. Avoid vegerous walking.
6.Avoid chemical bath soaps. Use Panchagvya bath soap.
7. Take Giloy Ghana with turmeric kwath for 4wks.
