Pregabalin and muscle relaxant both can have the side effect of dizziness. If pregabalin is the cause, then most likely symptoms are to get subsided within a week or so of medicine intake once the body get habituated to the drug. Every medicine has some or other side effect. It depends on what benefit you obtain vis a vis the side effects. Pregabalin is regularly prescribed in lumbar canal stenosis and had a good track record. Oxcarbamezepine is infrequently used, in comparison in lumbar canal stenosis cases. Both can be used and the predominant side effects of both is sedation. They can be started and stopped if side effects are bothersome.

pregabalin if taken longer known to cause water retention. Too much of water retention can affect kidney. Otherwise it's safe and this water retention is reversible

Yes you can take it .but tell me also that how much time you are taking these drugs therefore I can help you better.

Pregabalin is better but it has more side effects like dizziness and vertigo. If you can tolerate pregabalin is better.

Do his thyroid profile, recheck his sugars, get a cervical spine x ray
tab pregabalin might help. But need to find cause for tingling sensation
