Peg is an osmotic laxative. It does not absorb in the body so no need to worry. But it could cause you osmotic diarrhoea for a few days. Obtain a prescription through a text consult for the same. If you have an oral rehydration solution available at home you can use that.

Infection would have settled by ciplox as far as possible. May be allergy. Pl write if eye is red? However for the time being wash eyes with trifla phant / decoction by filtering well. After lockdown we may get better options. Pl also send eye photo. Do little deep breathing and yoga eye exercises by getting a hint on you tube but take guidance if feel any problem. Do not force. If you cut down in your meals you will be more constipated yiu need to add more fibre in your diet eat fresh vegetables and fruits and avoid fried spicy and junk food also cut down on tea coffee areated drinks sweets and sugary foods drink more water instead of fruit juices eat while fruits and take isbagol husk at bed time with water everyday I am sure you will become alright in some time.
