Cholesterol 210 is ok. All cholesterol values between 150 and 300 are ok for heart and good lifespan. High triglycerides is always due to poor diet. Triglycerides should be treated with exercise or with better diet, not by medicines. Switch to a diet low in alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter etc. Your triglycerides will improve in 6 weeks and stay healthy as long as you are intelligent about your food. Best wishes.
