Chicken pox is a self limiting disease. It will take its own time to heal. Don't worry. Follow the advice given below
1. You have to confine yourself in a separate room since it is infectious
2. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets a day if you have fever
