Gently wash your face twice a day. Use your fingertips (not a washcloth) and lukewarm water. Do spot treatment. Dot problem areas with a 2% salicylic acid product after you wash your face with cleanser. Apply moisturizer. Use one that says “oil free,” “nonacnegenic,” or “non-comedogenic.”

Hello Lybrate user, cipla saslic is a foaming face wash, contains 2% salicylic acid, it might be helpful in removing extra oil, dirt from your face, but i'm not sure only face wash will be enough to get rid of your problem.

Mix the honey and the cinnamon together until you have enough paste to cover the affected area. Apply in a thin layer over the blackheads and then press a strip of clean cotton over it. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes before removing and rinsing your face. Don't forget to follow up with a moisturizer
