Hello. In headache due to acidity you must not take paracetamol. As it can cause ulcers in your stomach and can be dangerous. This is why one should never take medicines by on his own.
Best tratment is to control acidity. Avoid red chillies and powder, control in alcohol or smoking or frequent teas. Eat in small amounts but 4 to 5 times a day.

You can. The point is why would you want to give medicine for cold. Cold is a viral infection which will go away on it’s own. Allow your child’s immunity to fight it. It will improve her resistance to such common infections. Use medication only if she is in genuine discomfort or developed a fever.

paracetamol is not giving you relief..and you are taking diclofenac + paracetamol in cough and cold.
pl. take tab. sinarest twice a day after meal. and go for test cbc, x ray chest,.
