Asked for male, 37 years old from Kolkata

My 4.5 mm kidney stone is passed away through urine. However I am using potratemb6 syrup and alfuzosin oral tablet, as because it is only seven days my stone is passed through urine. However alfuzosin oral tablet is given me small chest pain. Shall I still continue alfuzosin oral tablet. Please give me suggestions.

You can stop all medicines, for removal of stone what is necessary is flushing of kidney we do give antibiotics and anti-inflammatory to relax the edema for some time but no use talking medicine for so long. If stone is more than 8 mm then surgery is needed but as you say stone is passed and you have no more stones you need not take any medicine.

I have been prescribed prazosin 5 mg in night in addition to alfuzosin 10 mg day before yesterday. Please clarify whether alfuzosin 10 mg and prazosin 5 mg can be given simultaneously to a patient.

Symptoms include difficulty urinating, pain in the groin, pelvic area or genitals and, sometimes, flu-like symptoms.
Prostatitis may get better on its own. If it's caused by a bacterial infection, antibiotics may be prescribed.

Sir ,doctor already gave me levoflox 750 mg, pazoacid,magnetic ,magnovat, syp. Alkameg ,alprax 0.25 mg. So I can take solifenacin 5 mg if it would not cause any harm?

I am getting frequent urination from 12 months so my doctor prescribed solitral and am 25 years old am taking it from last two days but am not seeing any positive effect on my urination problem it's still the same. Every time have to urinate at least once in 30 minutes.

Pruflox is an antibiotic and not a treatment for benign prostate..its basically used in the scenerio of infection which may happen due to prostatic enlargement ..urine culture may guide appropriate antibiotic therapy.
