No problem if you take 40 instead of 20. It will not cause any overdose symptoms. But don't take the next 20 mg tablet. From tomorrow onwards you can take 20 mg twice a day.

Most likely it is due to duvanta (duloxetine) you are taking which is not 1st line of choice for GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). Did you discuss these erectil problems with your psychiatrist, I am surprised this medicne was chosen, if you have not, discuss now.
