Tacrolimus ointment helps reduce inflammatory skin reactions. It is prescribed for people with moderate-to-severe eczema, usually as an alternative to other treatments such as steroid creams or ointments. It is applied topically (on to the skin) to reduce symptoms such as inflammation, redness and itching.
You cannot use it for the penis foreskin and above all, it is wrong and unwanted to think that the foreskin is tight can be softened by any cream.

Tacrolimus is not a very good option for srns particularly when response is not optimal.
It's always decided by treating physician based on risk versus benefit approach.

You can use it for some time to soften the keloid, but steroid injections may be needed later or now if necessary. Check with a plastic surgeon if its a keloid or hypertrophic scar. It would be best not to get it operated

Yes it is an immunosuppressant.
It stops the body from reacting and does not cure the disease. Just hides it.
Better take homoeopathic treatment.
