Hello, lybrate-user. Tidilan tablet is prescribed during pregnancy to prevent preterm delivery. It decreases blood pressure, and leads to headache. That's why you feel giddiness. Plenty of fluids required. Always take after food. If your dizziness persists consult gynecologist, dose reduction will be required.
