About Tiniba 500 MG Tablet

Some types of infections of the vagina, such as bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis, are cured with the help of Tiniba 500 MG Tablet. Some types of infections caused by parasites like amebiasis and giardiasis can also be treated with Tiniba 500 MG Tablet. The medicine prevents the multiplication of parasites as well as bacteria. The antibiotic does not cure all types of infections caused by bacteria or parasites. It does not cure viral infections as well.

Tiniba 500 MG Tablet should be taken orally, as per the doctor’s prescription. In case you have frequent stomach problems, it is best to that you take your dose with a meal. Antibiotics are the most effective, when the quantity of the drug is stably maintained in the body. Thus, Tiniba 500 MG Tablet should be taken at a particular time daily.       Tiniba 500 MG Tablet is used in the treatment of trichomoniasis which is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Trichomonas vaginalis.

    • Bacterial Vaginosis

      Tiniba 500 MG Tablet is used in the treatment of overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina caused by Lactobacillus species.

        Warfarin

        Cholera Vaccine

        Atorvastatin

        These medicines may increase the risk of nerve damage if given together. Any symptoms of numbness, tingling or burning sensation in feet, hands should be informed to the doctor. An alternate medicine should be considered based on the clinical condition.

        Disulfiram

        Tiniba 500 MG Tablet is not recommended in patients receiving disulfiram due to the risk of confusion and psychotic symptoms. Inform the doctor if you are receiving these medications. Any symptoms of change in behavior, irritation, and altered coordination should be reported to the doctor.
