Usually if BP is well controlled with a single drug, then there is no need for additional drugs. But in your case doctor has already recommended Telmisartan, Chlotiazide and a beta blocker, means there is need for these drugs. Since no readings are mentioned, it is difficult to comment. Thanks.

Tazloc contains telmisartan and as such this medicine is in not significantly implicated in causing erectile dysfunction.

Its better to continue tazloc. You can go for aggressive lifestyle modifications like walk for 45 minutes daily and less of oily things rice and sugar and more of vegetables and fruits for control of bp.

Yes cresar h is known to cause excess urination and amlodepine is known to cause ankle swelling. There are many alternatives to these medicines. If she doesn't have too much urine trouble with cresar h then continue the same otherwise consult online for prescription.
