If you are living such a place, where water quality/ food quality is not good, or environment is such that at risk o typhoid like infectious diseases, you should take Hep A and Typhoid Vaccine both.

It is better to take typhoid vaccine at any age after six months of age. For children bellow two years of age (tcv) polysaccharide conjugate vaccine should be used. After two years routine vi surface polysaccharide vaccine can be given every three years. Need for booster dose of tcv conjugate vaccine is not yet studied.
